While attending the University of Southern California as a premed student, Dr. Robert Reynoso had a pivotal moment that led him to explore alternative health avenues. His interest in natural healing and wellness drew him to chiropractic care.
We always say: ’You don’t choose chiropractic. Chiropractic chooses you.’ It was true for me!
– Dr. Reynoso
This realization set him on a path to help others through natural healing methods.
Transforming Health and Lives
Dr. Reynoso earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Southern California University of Health Sciences, then the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic, in December 1994. Committed to continuous learning, he regularly attends seminars and courses to stay at the forefront of his field. Dr. Reynoso finds it highly fulfilling to witness his patients’ health transformations.
I love to watch people get well. Months down the road, their health and entire attitude have shifted.
Passionate About Golf and Family
An avid golfer, Dr. Reynoso enjoys the challenge and complexity of the game, often likening it to a complex math problem. He assists fellow golfers in improving their body mechanics and structure to enhance their game and prevent injuries. Dr. Reynoso loves spending time with his family, outside of his practice and golfing, enjoying beach outings, bike rides, and basketball games together.
Comprehensive Care for Optimal Health
Dr. Reynoso is dedicated to providing top-notch care using advanced structural correction techniques and the DRX 9000 spinal disc decompression unit. His practice also includes vibration therapy and various modalities to address conditions such as low back pain and sciatica. By focusing on natural, hands-on methods, he helps patients achieve wellness without needing drugs or surgery.

Medical professionals have become so busy that they’re distracted. So many people have been frustrated by their health care providers. I make a point to listen to my patients.
Dr. Kirby Baloy
In 2000, Dr. Kirby received a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy. Five years later, he advanced his education by earning his master’s degree in exercise science. He went on to complete his doctoral studies in 2015. To continue providing the best patient care, he decided to get a therapeutic specialist certification, which he finished in 2019.
After completing his master’s degree, Dr. Kirby came to the U.S. to visit his brothers. They suggested he try working in California to see how he liked it. Though he loved his previous job, he gave it a shot and ended up loving it.
A Person-Centric Approach
Dr. Kirby prides himself on offering individualized physical therapy. He will listen carefully to your history, present concerns and your goals.
Understanding your pain means looking at the full picture of who you are. Dr. Kirby will work to figure out how your lifestyle factors into your problems and make sure you have the tools for everyday health. These may involve nutrition, movement or other therapies that allow you to be empowered and live without pain.
Chronic Pain Cases Welcome
It’s particularly important to Dr. Kirby that he helps people with chronic pain. Though he originally intended to focus on orthopedics and sports, it was during his studies that he found a segment of the population that wasn’t getting results.
“People with persistent pain see doctor after doctor and don’t get any better. I sincerely want to help this population.”
Deep Expertise and Knowledge
Dr. Kirby has professional memberships with the American College of Sports Medicine, the American Physical Therapy Association, the American Physiological Society, and the American Society for Pain. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist and a therapeutic pain specialist. Additionally, he is an advanced clinical instructor in physical therapy and teaches students who are studying to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
I love seeing people through their injury. They come in barely able to do the things they need to do, then are able to do all the things they love.

Medical Director – Restorative Medicine Services
Dr. Cortez-Sammons believes in taking an outside-of-the-box, problem-solving approach to the health and wellness of her patients, and can’t wait to get to know more about your goals as she crafts a natural plan for your needs.
At Health Pro Wellness Center, Dr. Cortez-Sammons hopes to educate patients about their bodies while helping to give them a fresh perspective on how to optimize function. She strives to dive deep for each patient she sees to help identify the root cause of the problem at hand instead of simply treating the symptoms. When she sees you, she vows to never take a ‘cookie-cutter’ approach to care–she knows that you are unique, and deserve specific care to help your body thrive.
An Education in Medicine
Educated in Southern California, Dr. Cortez-Sammons completed her undergraduate degree at California State University, Fullerton. She went on to earn a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California, followed by an internship at the University of California, Los Angeles.
Later, she completed her residency training at the University of California, San Diego, before she returned to Orange County to practice.
Helping Patients Heal Naturally
With a love of learning, Dr. Cortez-Sammons has studied a multitude of paths to healing.
On a philosophical level, she believes that every dis-ease typically arises out of an unseen obstacle in the body. Her approach to care then becomes to remove that obstacle and help unlock the key to wellness. Dr. Cortez-Sammons sees the role of a physician as more of a facilitator of healing rather than an administrator of medicine. Every day in the practice, she recognizes and welcomes the fundamental role of the spirit, body and mind connection in restoring optimal health.
Although Dr. Cortez-Sammons has earned numerous credentials in traditional western medicine, she also performs osteopathic manipulations and appreciates the role of nutrition, exercise, and herbal or mineral supplements in health and wellness. She draws on her extensive training in traditional and integrative medicine to help her patients achieve optimal health.

Dr. J.T. Richard’s connection with chiropractic care began in his early years, stemming from personal health challenges. As a child suffering from chronic ear infections and sleep disturbances, he experienced firsthand the remarkable effects of chiropractic care.
However, it was a severe traumatic brain injury at the age of 14 that truly shaped Dr. J.T.’s path. After he was put in a medically induced coma, chiropractic care played a pivotal role in his remarkable recovery.
I’m a big sign guy, and that to me was a sign that being a chiropractor was what I was supposed to do. Dr. J.T Richard
Educational Background and Career Shift
After beginning his studies in mechanical engineering at West Virginia University, Dr. J.T. intended to apply this knowledge to a future chiropractic career. Before attending chiropractic college, he fulfilled his passion for working with individuals dealing with substance abuse and mental health challenges by working as a counselor in Orange County.
Dr. J.T. then earned his Doctor of Chiropractic from Life Chiropractic College West in the Bay Area. His path eventually led him back to Orange County, where he joined the team at Health Pro Wellness Center.
A Passion for Making a Difference
Dr. J.T.’s overall philosophy is how can he make as big of a positive impact as possible.
He sees chiropractic as the safest, most cost-effective, and most direct way to help improve people’s quality of life.
Every patient that leaves our office feels better than when they came in, and we do it safely.
Life Beyond the Chiropractic Walls
Dr. J.T. is an avid basketball enthusiast when he’s not at the practice. He enjoys working out, hiking, camping, and going to the beach. His passion for basketball extends beyond playing, as he enjoys both recreational leagues and casual pickup games.

Amanda McDaniel brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and compassionate care to regenerative medicine. With over 20 years in the beauty and wellness industry, her career evolved from aesthetics to a deeper focus on health and healing—helping patients feel better from the inside out.
After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Cal State Fullerton, Amanda went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner certification through the University of Texas at Arlington. She returned to Orange County to complete her clinical training, choosing a patient-first model of care that aligns with her values.
Taking a Patient-Centered Approach to Care
Although she was originally going to work in a family practice office, Amanda quickly saw the limitations of quick five-minute visits. That realization led her to regenerative medicine. Amanda works closely with Dr. Reynoso, providing advanced regenerative therapies including medical weight loss, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), and exosome treatments.
“The type of care I’m allowed to give here is a lot more in-depth and a lot more personalized. I have the time to listen to my patients, actually hear them, and create a plan to help them feel better.”
Beauty, Health, and Whole-Body Wellness
Amanda’s background in aesthetic nursing enhances her holistic approach—bridging the gap between form, function, and long-term wellness.
Whether she’s performing microneedling or managing joint pain therapies, her focus remains the same: helping people feel strong, supported, and seen. Amanda provides injectable treatments and collaborates on custom wellness protocols designed to optimize vitality, restore balance, and support longevity.
Outside the Office
When she’s not working with patients, Amanda enjoys Pilates, beach days with her surfer son, and the rare chance to simply rest. She also serves as an aesthetic injector at a leading med spa in Orange County. In addition, she is the founder of an online health coaching academy that helps women to heal acne through nutrition, hormone support, and lifestyle changes.
