How It Works
You’ll lie on the DRX 9000, and we’ll harness you in securely. For the duration of the 30-minute session, you may relax, meditate, listen to music or take a nap—the table will do all the work! We will input the specific parameters for your situation, and the table will gently stretch your back and then release, performing this sequence repeatedly to take pressure off the intervertebral discs, allowing increased hydration and blood flow to the area to facilitate healing.
Most patients find the therapy itself comfortable and even soothing. You may experience some muscle soreness afterwards, similar to what you might feel after trying a new exercise for the first time. Be sure to drink plenty of water after your therapy.
